Order shipping policy
- Local orders are shipped directly within 48 hours from the date of the order or on the same day if it does not agree with official holidays or weekends.
- After completing the payment process, a payment confirmation will be sent by e-mail.
- Any delay in the delivery date of the shipment caused by the transport company is not the responsibility of the Jeddah Marine Store.
- http://jedmarine.com will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of Saudi Arabia.
- Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
- Jeddah Marine Store is not responsible for damage resulting from the shipping process.
- In the event that the order is returned by the shipping company to the store due to:
- – A mistake exists in the data contained in the bill, filled out by the customer before submitting the order.
- – The customer not responding to the shipping company or repeatedly delaying.
- The customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.
Shipping rates
- The shipping cost is 25 riyals for products weighing up to 15 kilograms and it applies to all cities in the Kingdom.
- We offer free shipping to all cities in the Kingdom for orders worth 499 riyals or more and weighing less than 20 kilograms.
- All delivery fees for GCC orders will be calculated upon submission of the order. We use SMSA Express and Aramex delivery services across the GCC for fast and timely shipment. Delivery is between 3-5 business days.
