First: Return and exchange policy:
  • Returns are only allowed with the original invoice within a maximum of 3 days and in its original condition.
  • The customer is responsible for returning the return to the store and bears the return costs.
  • In the event that the goods are returned before receiving them, the value of the return will be transferred to the customer’s personal account within three days.
  • In the event that the goods are missing from the customer, we are not responsible for providing them if they are not available in our store.
  • The company is not responsible for the safety of the goods after receiving and delivering them on the site.
  • The company is not responsible for delivering the goods to the customer.
  • Any manufactured goods with special detail or service are not refundable or exchangeable.
  • The period of receipt and exchange is calculated from the date of receipt, and the purchase invoice that arrived with the shipment must be brought.
  • The product can be returned and replaced by visiting our main showroom in Jeddah, and in the event that it is not possible to visit the branch, please send the shipment to our address by mail.
  • Jeddah Marine will bear the freight charges in the following cases:
  • –  The store sent the wrong product.
  • – There is a defect in the product.

  • Sending the customer’s request for return or replacement, along with the order number, to the email [email protected], or call 00966558668139 during official working hours, or communicate directly via WhatsApp from here.
  • Waiting for the administration’s approval of the return or exchange process, and the response will take place within 24 working hours as a maximum.
  • In case of approval, the customer will print the policy and then ship the product to the nearest branch of the shipping company (the customer will bear the shipping costs)
  • Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
